Woodys[r] Stud Hex Tool You always need to have the right tool for the job. A great new tool for installing studs because they need to be really tight and you are working in close quarters. The aluminum handle will rest in the palm of your hand so you can apply the pressure needed to keep the stud from rotating as you torque the nut. Woodys[r] new Stud Hex Tool will make installing studs easier each step of the way. Each tool comes with two hex bits. You can also buy a replacement package of two hex bits for your Stud Hex Tool.
Stud Hex Tool
The aluminum Big Nut with a nylon insert provides added support to longer length studs. It is available in two sizes. Use ALN2-7000 for 1.450" studs and longer. Use ALN2-4500 for 1.325" and 1.175" studs. Packaged in quantities of 24, 96 and 1000 pieces.

Woody's offers lock nuts for all stud threads 5/16", 7mm and 1/4" - 28. Order in quantities of 48 or 1,000.

Snow Flap Strap Kit
Perfect every time makes studding easy. The hollow drill for 7mm or 5/16" studs makes a precise opening for installing studs. No mistakes. For 1/4" and 7mm push-through studs or 1/4" T-nut studs use 1/4" drill. For 7mm T-nut studs and 5/16" push-through studs use 7mm drill.
Track Hole Drill
Parallel edges are essential. Square support plates should run parallel with the edge of the track to increase the longevity of the stud and support plate. The indexing tool is a real time-saver that easily aligns square support plates with the edge of the track. Fits on a standard 3/8" drive ratchet.

Shallow Socket Tool
Excellent tool for marking stud patterns on your track. Choose your pattern, place the template over the track and mark the track in the center of the appropriate holes with a white dot. You can review the entire stud pattern on your track before drilling, eliminating stud placement errors. <BR>

Woody's® License Plate
These T-Nuts meet the requirements of the user operation a sled under extreme conditions. The standard barrels T-nuts have a 1/4"-20 or 7mm thread with a 3/4" or 1" head. The short barrel T-nuts are available in 1/4"-20 threads with a 3/4" head.
Extreme Service™ T-Nut - Standard Barrel
These T-Nuts meet the requirements of the user operation a sled under extreme conditions. The standard barrels T-nuts have a 1/4"-20 or 7mm thread with a 3/4" or 1" head. The short barrel T-nuts are available in 1/4"-20 threads with a 3/4" head.
Extreme Service™ T-Nut - Short Barrel
The EST-nut was developed to meet the requirements of a racer operating a sled under extreme conditions. They are hardened by a preferred heat-treating process. Available in quantities of 48.
Dished Extreme Service™ T-Nut
The dished shaped 7/8" diameter T-nut uses Woody's proven Track Trapping Principle to gain extra track holding capability. This T-nut has a standard 7mm thread barrel. It is made of strong, lightweight steel. Use standard 6" snap-ring pliers for easy installation and removal. Available in package quantities of 48 and 1,000.
Dished 7/8" T-Nut
Reduce the time required to stud your track. Simple to use. Fits 3/8" square drives and 3/8" drills. Through-hardened for durability.
T-Nut Puller
Specifically designed high-strength star washer is required for mounting Hooker studs. They can also be used for securing regular studs or shimming.

Use these shim washers to fine tune desired stud height. For1/4" studs use aluminum shims. For 7mm studs use steel shims. 48 shims per package.

Track Saver™ Tool--Standard and Short Barrel T-nuts
With this wheel mounted on you hand grinder; you will be able to sharpen the carbide in your runner while they are still on the ski. The 4 1/2" wheel fits most hand grinders. (Follow the hand grinder manufacturers safety instructions)
