Many of Woody's products are first used in racing. Our support plate line is no exception. The Double Digger® is an example of a support plate that started as a racing product then moved to the trail.

Woody's support plates have test criteria they need to pass, just like the rest of Woody's product line.

Our support plates are different, reliability is built in!


No compromise in the integrity of the aluminum square support plates and the weight difference. Almost 50% lighter than the steel counterparts. Ideal for performance trail rides that know a little difference can make a big difference. The aluminum support plates are available in square sizes of 7mm x 1-1/8" and 5/16" x 1-1/4" in quantities of 24, 96, 144 and 1,000. Your preference and imagination is all that is needed to individualize your sled with colored aluminum support plates. Customize with 5/16" x 1-1/4" square aluminum powder coated blue, green, red, black, white and yellow support plates. Stand out in the crowd! Choose from natural aluminum, green, red, blue, black, white or yellow. Colored square are offered in quantities of 24, 96, 144 and 1,000.
Square Digger® Aluminum & Colored Support Plates
Woody's world standard studs need specifically designed support plates to maximize traction and your performance. Woody's testing shows the square steel support plate maintains the strength needed to hold the stud rigid. The steel square is offered in 7 mm x 1-1/8" and 5/16" x 1-1/4" in quantities of 24, 96,144 and 1,000.

Woodys round, steel support plates are only available in 7mm. Do not use on studs longer that .875. Package sizes are 24, 96, & 1000 pieces.
Round Digger® Steel Support Plates
The original Double Digger[r] dual configurations allows you to install two studs with less weight than two single support plates. The Double Digger[r] increases your options for studding in the middle belt. The versatility of the Double Digger[r] makes it a favorite with professional snocross racers. This tough support plate is strong enough to handle two studs. Support plates are available in natural aluminum with thread sizes of either 5/16" or 7mm in quantities of 12 and 48. Or choose from 5/16" green, red, blue, black, white or yellow support plates in quantities of 48.
Double Digger® Aluminum & Colored Support Plates
This unique 7[d] angled design support plates holds the stud off perpendicular from the track. Under load the stud moves to perpendicular enhancing the consistency of acceleration and aiding the stud to resist going past perpendicular in the other direction. A unique concept and it works. Read the instructions before installing. Available in 5/16" and 7mm in quantities of 24, 96, 144 and 1,000.
Angled Digger® Aluminum Support Plates
An awesome design taken one step further. The Double Digger[r] and the 7[d] angle support plate designs have proven so effective separately, imagine what they will do together. Round Digger® Support Plates for 120 Class Snocross and Oval Racing
NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE TRAIL RIDER. Give yourself an advantage with the Triangle Digger[r] aluminum support plate this season. The Triangle Digger[r] delivers more power to the ground by increasing the track rotating speed. The innovation is so distinctive a patent is pending. Tested by Team Woody's[r] and has passed with increased podium finishes. Available for 5/16" and 7mm studs in packages of 48 and 1000. Use the new Triangle Digger[r] indexing tool, SPI-TOOL-T, to align the Triangle Digger[r] support plates as directed in the installation instructions. Drag Racers-Ice, Snow or Grass with Camoplast Series 98 and 99 Racing Tracks with 0.525 Lug Heights When installing the Triangle Support Plate (AWT-3725) with a T-Nut style stud, to comply with the ISR 0.750 above the lug rule, you must use a 1.000 stud length. The 1.060 stud length will bring you more than 0.750 above the lug. This applies to all Camoplast 98 and 99 Series Racing tracks with 0.525 lug height.

Woody's will donate a portion of the sales of these support plates to various breast cancer charities throughout United States and Canada. The Round Digger[r] is available in a 48 piece package.
