Cancel or Change an Order

Return Authorization is Required for All Merchandise Exchanges or Refunds

Should a product return become necessary for any reason submit a Return Authorization Request Form to Customer Service. 


The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise must arrive prepaid along with the original proof of purchase (receipt). The assigned return authorization is valid for 30 days and will be voided after that time period has expired. We cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 15% restocking charge retained from any payments refunded for merchandise returned for any reason except warranty.


 

Warranty

Should a warranty claim become necessary please fill out the Warranty Claim Form. Please send photos of the part you are requesting warranty status. Photos will expidite process your request. If it is required the product be returned to International Eng. & Mfg. Inc. a return authorization number will be issued to you. Do not sent the product unless requested by our technicians or without a return authorization number.  Warranty claims must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We have the final disposition on all warranty claims. For warranty evaluation, your product should be sent prepaid and insured to:

Clothing and Accessories Returns

Should a product return become necessary for any reason submit a Return Authorization Request Form to Customer Service.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.  We will exchange or issue a refund on unopened, unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please follow these specific instructions and send the product back (unopened, unworn, unused, unwashed) within 30 days for an exchange.

Limited Warranty Clothing and Accessories 
International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. warrants our products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship at the time of purchase. The clothing warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of an IEM clothing product, you may send the garment to Woody's for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first 30 days of ownership. If garment should fail due to material or manufacturer defect, within warranty coverage, IEM will repair or replace at our option.                                   Back to Top


 

Trail Product Returns

Should a return become necessary, please fill out the  Warranty Claim Form. IEM technicians shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the trail product returned. We will not pay any claims for charges incurred in the removal; disassembly or reinstallation of trail products. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange

Limited Warranty Trail Product
International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. warrants each product manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under use for the purpose for which it is intended. The Company shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective materials or workmanship; is limited to the repair or replacement at its factory of defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory, transportation charges, prepaid within one (1) year after delivery to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is also required. The Company shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claims for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of such article shall be allowed. Product manufactured for consumer use on snowmobiles is designed for snow or ice only, use on any other surface voids warranty.                                                                                                         Back to Top


 

Competition Product Returns

Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. For further clarification please submit a Return Authorization Request Form.   There is no warranty on competition products.

Special Notice
Any shipping costs as a result of changes in the order or cancellation after the order has shipped will be charged to the customer. Shipping Policy

Orders taken between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. for product in stock will ship the following business day unless a $10.00 rush fee in addition to the any increased UPS fee is placed on that order.

  • Stock orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will ship the next business day. 
  • Allow ten business days to ship all special order runners and studs. 
  • Allow three days manufacturing time for all competition runners. 
  • All shipments: Prices and shipping costs do not include the amounts of any applicable sales, use, transfer, excise or other taxes, tariffs or custom duties. The buyer is responsible for any such taxes, tariffs or custom duties levied upon the sale, transfer, import or use of products sold by us. 
  • Currently we are only able to ship in the United States and Canada. If you live outside these boundaries, contact us for the possibility of shipment. 
  • The shipping costs are based on the UPS shipping schedules.  

   
Shipping Surcharges

An additional shipping fee may apply for backordered, preordered, heavy or oversized items.  Additional shipping fees may also be applied to items that require special delivery or handling

Shipping Carriers
We are only offering UPS Ground Shipping. All pricing is USD.
Please note when using UPS shipping we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8:00 p.m. on the estimated date of delivery. Due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, we will be unable to ship to these addresses.
Shipping dates are approximate only, and IEM is not responsible for delays or nonperformance caused by our carrier(s) or force majeure.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from woodystraction.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. Pricing

Prices do not include the amounts of any applicable sales, use, transfer, excise or other taxes, tariffs or custom duties outside Michigan. The buyer is responsible for any such taxes, tariffs or custom duties levied upon the sale, transfer, import or use of the products sold by us.

We make every effort to ensure that all information is correct. Woody's reserves the right to change prices published without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price. Cancel or Change an Order

If you changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel or change, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.  We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. If your order has yet to be processed, then we can successfully stop the order and you will receive a cancellation confirmation of the entire order or the part number canceled.  You may be asked to place a new order for the replacement part number.  Most orders are processed the day the order is received.  We always recommend cancelling an order as soon as possible.

However, we cannot cancel  or change an order once it has been processed. Please note: "in process" includes being prepped for shipping and/or being placed on a pallet for departure, which can occur within hours of IEM receiving your order depending on the item.

If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible.  You will need to follow our Merchandise Return Policy. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed. Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. Check with your credit card provider to find out the time period to credit your account after we process the refund to post a credit back to your account.                                                                                  Back to Top
