Shipping Information

Woody's ships via UPS and USPS. All orders include shipping and under normal circumstances will ship within 3-6 business days from date of placed order.

Prices and shipping costs do not include the amounts of any applicable sales, use, transfer excise or other taxes, tariffs or custom duties. The buyer is responsible for any such taxes, tariffs or custom duties levied upon sale, transfer, import or use of products sold by us.

Track Your Order

Shortly following your order submission and order confirmation email, an email will be sent containing tracking information. If shipping information is not present / tracking number is invalid give the shipping carrier 24 to 48 hours to add the tracking information to their website.

If you have established an account you can also track your order by visiting your account page, navigating to your orders, and selecting view order on the desired order.

Shipping Policy

We ship in-stock items within 3-6 business days via UPS or USPS, or other carrier in our sole discretion. Shipping charges quoted on the website are approximate only. Customers are responsible for the final, actual shipping costs incurred.

Customers are responsible for all shipping related expenses including, but not limited to:

    • All shipping charges incurred in the delivery of product from Woody’s to the Customer
    • All shipping charges incurred in the return of product from the Customer to Woody’s
    • Expedited shipping fees
    • Heavy or oversize shipping fees
    • Special delivery or handling fees
    • Tax, Tariffs or Customs Duties
    • Risk of loss or damage to the product during any and all shipping activities

 

⚠️Shipping fees are non-refundable.
⚠️Woody’s is not responsible for delays or nonperformance caused by carriers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Requirements

Items eligible for a return or exchange require the following:

    • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
    • The product was NOT used, worn, or damaged
    • The product is NOT a sale item or custom item order. All sale and custom item purchases are final
    • The product was purchased directly from Woody’s and not from a distributor, dealer, or alternate online vendor of Woody’s product
    • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
    • You obtained a Return Authorization Number from Woody’s (See Return & Exchange Steps below)

 

⚠️Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return/exchange.
⚠️Products categorized as “Competition” Products on the website can be denied an exchange or return. The sole judgment of denial or acceptance of a return/exchange rests with Woody’s / IEM.

Return & Exchange Steps
    1. Acquire a Return Authorization Number, by submitting the Return Authorization Form (also found at the bottom of this page)
    2. After review and approval of your form request our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number
    3. Ship the product with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the address label. See the Mailing address below:

⚠️It is recommended that you send your return items via an insured carrier with tracking information such as UPS or USPS.
⚠️Returns to the incorrect address or delivered with postage due will not be processed.
⚠️Return Authorization Numbers are good for 30 days and will be voided after that time.

  1. If you would like to print return address labels or have your return package picked up at your location navigate here.
  2. Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 30 days after receipt of your returned product. The refund will be made to your original method of payment. If you are exchanging a product, we will ship the exchanged product within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Restocking & Repackaging Fee

If the item returned or exchanged is not in the original packaging, the original packaging is damaged, or the original tags/barcode are missing/unreadable it is subject to a 15% fee per item.

Woody’s reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without notice, and by using our website you consent to our policies and agree to abide by them. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Woody’s and we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
