Woody's ships via UPS and USPS. All orders include shipping and under normal circumstances will ship within 3-6 business days from date of placed order.
Prices and shipping costs do not include the amounts of any applicable sales, use, transfer excise or other taxes, tariffs or custom duties. The buyer is responsible for any such taxes, tariffs or custom duties levied upon sale, transfer, import or use of products sold by us.
Track Your Order
Shortly following your order submission and order confirmation email, an email will be sent containing tracking information. If shipping information is not present / tracking number is invalid give the shipping carrier 24 to 48 hours to add the tracking information to their website.
If you have established an account you can also track your order by visiting your account page, navigating to your orders, and selecting view order on the desired order.
Returns & Exchanges Information
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following requirements must be met:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging with original tags
- The product isn't used, worn, or damaged
- The product is NOT a sale item or custom order
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return/exchange.
To receive a Return Authorization Number, please submit a Return Authorization Form below.
Once you submit the Return Authorization Form on our website, we will review your request and upon approval our team will provide you with a RAN within 48 hours.
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RAN along with a note inside indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order). The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Returns to the incorrect address or delivered with postage due will not be processed.
RANs are good for 30 days and will be voided after that time. Any product returned must not have been worn or used to be eligible for a return/exchange.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale item purchases are final.
Gifts can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, but not returned.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned products, with an exception only for warrantied products
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
We ship in stock items within 3-6 days via UPS or USPS, or other carrier in our sole discretion. Expedited fees will be charged to you. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Woody's. Additional shipping charges may apply for backordered, preordered, heavy, or oversize items. Additional shipping fees may also apply to items that require special delivery or handling, or are subject to taxes, tariffs, or custom duties. If you are returning a product, we recommend that you send your return item via an insured carrier with tracking information, like UPS or USPS.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping charges quoted on the website and are approximate only, and you will be responsible for all additional fees related to shipment. We are not responsible for delays or nonperformance caused by the carriers.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt of your returned product. The refund will be made to your original method of payment. If you are exchanging a product, we will ship the exchanged product within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There are no refunds on sale items, gifts, or custom ordered products.
If you have a warranty claim, you must submit a request through our warranty claim page.
We have a limited warranty and we pay for shipping replacement product for warranty exchanges.
On Clothing and Accessories: International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc., a/k/a Woody’s, warrants our products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship at the time of purchase. The clothing warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of an IEM clothing product, you may send the garment to Woody's for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first 30 days of ownership. If garment should fail due to material or manufacturer defect, within warranty coverage, IEM will repair or replace at our option
On Trail Products: International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc., a/k/a Woody’s, warrants each product manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under use for the purpose for which it is intended. The Company shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective materials or workmanship; is limited to the repair or replacement at its factory of defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory, transportation charges, prepaid within one (1) year after delivery to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is also required. The Company shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claims for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of such article shall be allowed. Product manufactured for consumer use on snowmobiles is designed for snow or ice only, use on any other surface voids warranty. Woody’s technicians will be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the trail product returned. Woody’s will not pay for any claims for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of trail products.
On Competition Products: There is no warranty on built to order, custom, or competition products.
